Is the bot in the demo real?

Yes. The mock store uses Klaryo's live widget and deterministic bot; the only difference is seeded demo data.

Where does what I type go?

Into the public demo workspace; anyone can see it via 'See the Live Panel'. It is wiped every night. Don't enter personal data.

How do I add it to my own site?

Sign up, create a Web Chat connection under Integrations and add the one-line code. Channels like Telegram appear in the same bubble automatically once connected in the panel.

The mock store on this page runs Klaryo's real widget: it looks up demo orders, explains products and hands unclear questions to the seller. Then open the live panel to handle the same conversation as the seller.

Things to try

Tap the bubble → 'Order tracking' → look it up with the order number + phone (or email).
'Product / stock' → type the product name; or open a product from the shelf and tap the bubble → stock, price, size.
Ask for advice like '167 cm 55 kg which size?' → it honestly hands off to the seller.
Type something unclear → it offers the menu, then hands off if you insist.
Reset with 'New chat' from the ⋯ menu in the top bar.
